1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to pk64. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk64 online betting and casino platform available at pk64.io, including all associated games, features, promotions, and support services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk64 ("pk64", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing pk64.io, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pk64 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement. The pk64 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account and use any service on the Platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. pk64 may request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending verification.

One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one (1) pk64 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals across all accounts.
• A permanent ban from the Platform.

Registration Information. You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. pk64 will not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

KYC Verification. pk64 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time pk64 deems appropriate, you may be required to provide identity documents such as a national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by pk64 may result in the suspension of your withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Residency. The Platform is operated for players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that online betting and casino gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your location at the time of use.

3 Account Responsibility

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk64 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pk64 will treat all actions taken using your account credentials as actions authorised by you.

Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify pk64 immediately by contacting [email protected]. pk64 will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is conducted. pk64 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to notify pk64 promptly or where the compromise was due to the player's own negligence in securing their credentials.

Account Inactivity. An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pk64 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period and to close accounts that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied or account closure is initiated.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency. All pk64 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees. The amounts you deposit and withdraw are in BDT at all times.

Accepted Payment Methods. pk64 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• bKash — Mobile financial service by BRAC Bank
• Nagad — Mobile financial service by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — Mobile financial service by UCB

Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the source payment method.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified accounts are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. pk64 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during public holidays or periods of unusually high demand.

Withdrawal Requirements. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have wagered the deposited amount at least once on any qualifying game; and (c) request withdrawal to a payment method registered in the same name as the pk64 account. pk64 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General. pk64 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket specials, and Victory Day promotions.

Bonus Terms. Every bonus and promotion offered by pk64 is subject to specific terms, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements — The number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.
• Time Limits — The period within which wagering requirements must be met. Bonuses not used within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Restrictions — Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely from bonus play.
• Maximum Withdrawal Limits — Some bonuses carry a maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by that bonus.

Bonus Abuse. pk64 actively monitors for bonus abuse, collusion, and exploitation of promotional offers. Actions that pk64 considers abusive include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets to guarantee risk-free outcomes from a bonus, and structured betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent. pk64 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is determined.

Modifications. pk64 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not be applied retroactively to bonuses already accepted by players in good faith.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Game Fairness. All casino games available on pk64 — including slots, live table games, crash games, and other titles — are supplied by licensed, audited third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each provider certifies that their games use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

Bet Acceptance. pk64 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once pk64 has issued an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet will be treated as void and any stake returned to the player's account.

Sports Betting. Live and pre-match odds on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, odds are locked at the confirmed rate. pk64 reserves the right to void bets on events where the outcome is found to have been influenced by corruption, match-fixing, or any other irregularity.

Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game software malfunction, server interruption, or any technical failure that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, pk64 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player. pk64 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Responsible Bet Limits. pk64 reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual accounts, specific events, or specific game categories at its discretion, including as part of its responsible gaming obligations.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk64 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted by pk64.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the Platform to transfer funds obtained through illegal means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials without their express authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk64 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's technology or content.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability. pk64 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and circumstances beyond pk64's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. pk64 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods.

Financial Losses. pk64 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of gambling on the Platform, technical malfunctions, communication failures, or third-party payment processing delays. Gambling involves risk, and by using the Platform you acknowledge and accept the inherent financial risk of wagering.

Third-Party Services. pk64 is not responsible for the actions, content, or performance of third-party game providers, payment processors, or any other external service integrated into the Platform. Any disputes arising directly from a third-party service provider's failure should be directed to that provider.

Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk64 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.

11 Privacy & Data

pk64 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pk64.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pk64 collects personal information for the following core purposes:

• To create and manage your player account.
• To verify your identity and age as required by our KYC programme.
• To process deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other payment methods.
• To detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct.

Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining verified balance will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Account Closure by pk64. pk64 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• pk64 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player has self-excluded or requested account closure.
• pk64 is required to do so by any applicable legal or regulatory obligation.

Where pk64 closes an account due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited at pk64's discretion.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming and betting platforms serving the Bangladesh market.

pk64 operates as a platform for entertainment purposes. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. pk64 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

Any disputes arising between a player and pk64 that cannot be resolved through the support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. pk64 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
